Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems and industrial chillers
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on HVAC equipment
- Monitor system performance parameters and optimize energy efficiency
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during facility upgrades
- Manage spare parts inventory and requisition materials
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on ACMV/Chiller maintenance experience
- Valid HVAC certification (e.g., Refrigeration Handling License)
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and system diagrams
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently during 12-hour shifts
- Good communication skills in English
