Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical and mechanical installations to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in building facilities promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new facility equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs and service reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized facility repairs.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and site regulations while executing maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence is mandatory for this role.
- Prior experience in ACMV maintenance or general facility management is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
