Henghe Sa Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Factory Accountant to join our dynamic team in Taman Putra Perdana, Selangor. This critical role is designed for a finance professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and possesses a strong grasp of cost accounting and regulatory compliance.
As our Factory Accountant, your primary focus will be on driving financial efficiency within our production facility. You will play a pivotal role in managing LHDN e-Invoicing compliance and handling Customs SST exemption reporting. By accurately tracking manufacturing costs, analyzing variances, and ensuring legal compliance, you will directly contribute to optimizing factory profitability and supporting strategic business decisions.
In this position, you will work closely with the production, warehouse, and management teams to streamline financial workflows. You will be responsible for translating complex plant operations into clear financial insights, ensuring that inventory valuation is accurate, and that all local tax exemptions are fully leveraged. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily cost accounting operations, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with LHDN e-Invoicing standards and smoothly integrate them into daily billing workflows.
- Prepare, verify, and submit monthly Customs SST exemption reports (such as CJ5/CJ5A) to ensure zero penalty risk.
- Monitor and analyze factory overheads, labor costs, and raw material usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to plan, coordinate, and reconcile periodic physical stock takes.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, tracking depreciation for all factory machinery and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and annual audit schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, LHDN e-Invoicing compliance, and Customs SST exemption procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP software (such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or SAP) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cost-control skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a distinct advantage to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic factory environment.
