Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, including timely communication, inquiry resolution, and comprehensive statement reconciliations.
- Prepare and process weekly and bi-weekly payment runs, ensuring timely disbursements while maintaining strict financial controls.
- Assist in the monthly financial closing process, including the preparation of accruals and reconciliations of all AP-related general ledger accounts.
- Review and audit employee expense reports for adherence to company guidelines and policies.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Collaborate effectively with regional and local operational teams to streamline financial processes and ensure seamless integration.
- Support internal and external financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as requested.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in an Accounts Payable role, with a preference for experience within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and practical experience with financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written) is highly preferred for effective regional collaboration.
