Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector in Cikarang and surrounding areas.
- Provide expert technical consultation and solution design based on Mitsubishi Electric's product portfolio (PLCs, HMIs, Inverters, Robotics).
- Conduct professional product presentations and technical demonstrations for potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver competitive sales proposals and project quotations.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical support and product engineering teams to resolve complex client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and achieve annual revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the factory automation or industrial electronic components industry.
- Strong understanding of factory automation architecture (PLC, SCADA, VFD, Servo systems).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
