Farmiera Group is currently seeking a skilled Farm Maintenance specialist to join our growing team in Johol, Negeri Sembilan. In this key role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the longevity and efficiency of our agricultural operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of new farm projects, from initial groundwork to final touches, as well as the routine maintenance of our existing facilities to ensure peak operational performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily maintenance schedules for all farm facilities and infrastructure.
- Supervise and execute new farm projects, including construction, fencing, and site preparation.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems, tractors, and other agricultural machinery.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory for maintenance supplies and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, repair costs, and project timelines.
- Ensure sustainable farming practices by maintaining equipment efficiency and minimizing waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in farm maintenance, agricultural mechanics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and general facility maintenance.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy for recording maintenance data and orders.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or peak seasons.
