Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end daily operations of the layer breeder farm to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze flock performance, including egg production rates, feed conversion ratios, and mortality rates.
- Implement and enforce strict biosecurity protocols to protect flock health and safety.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the farm, including budget management and cost control initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop farm staff to foster a culture of professionalism and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and local agricultural regulations.
- Coordinate with supply chain and technical teams to maintain inventory of feed, vaccines, and essential equipment.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on farm performance for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry (Peternakan), Veterinary, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in farm management, specifically within poultry or layer breeder operations.
- In-depth knowledge of poultry health management, nutrition, and environmental control systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large operational team.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational expenditures.
- High attention to detail regarding hygiene and biosecurity protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Bogor Barat.
