Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative concepts and seasonal design collections for sportswear lines, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Create detailed tech packs, including sketches, colorways, and construction specifications for production.
- Research and stay ahead of global sportswear trends, textile innovations, and market developments.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and sourcing teams to ensure designs are cost-effective and manufacturable.
- Manage the sampling process, including fitting sessions and providing clear feedback to factories for refinements.
- Prepare presentation materials for range reviews and seasonal buying meetings.
- Coordinate with fabric suppliers to select materials that balance performance, durability, and aesthetics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fashion design, specifically within the sportswear or activewear sector.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, functional fabrics, and performance-driven design techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and meet strict production deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating sportswear design capabilities and technical aptitude.
