Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product sales.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final market launch.
  • Conduct market research to identify upcoming fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Manage social media channels, content creation, and digital advertising campaigns to engage our target audience.
  • Collaborate with production and creative teams to ensure design consistency and high-quality output.
  • Analyze sales performance and consumer feedback to optimize product assortments and marketing ROI.
  • Organize and oversee photo shoots, lookbooks, and promotional events.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion marketing or product management.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian fashion market and current industry trends.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with fashion branding principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage creative and operational stakeholders.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media analytics, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Highly creative, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
