Ishana MUA is excited to announce an opening for a Fashion Stylist & Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Denpasar Selatan, Bali. We are looking for a creative individual who possesses a strong passion for fashion styling and a dedication to providing outstanding client service. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in elevating our brand image and ensuring our clients have an unforgettable experience.
Your primary focus will be assisting the fashion styling team with wardrobe selection, look creation, and visual presentation for various events and clients. You will also act as the face of our client services, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for fashion, and the organizational skills to coordinate busy schedules, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the fashion styling team to curate looks for photoshoots, fashion shows, and client appointments.
- Manage and organize client schedules, ensuring all appointments are handled with professionalism and punctuality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and maintaining a high standard of visual presentation.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the clothing and accessory inventory, ensuring all items are clean and ready for use.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to stay updated on the latest fashion trends and stock availability.
- Support the team in setting up styling stations and preparing for events.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in fashion styling, visual merchandising, or a related creative industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for color, texture, and current fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and inventory management systems.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
