As a Helper for our Airbnb units, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across our properties. You will be responsible for preparing units for check-in and ensuring they are immaculate after check-out. We value reliability, hard work, and a positive attitude. Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly clean bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchenettes to ensure a high standard of hygiene and freshness.
- Guest Preparation: Ensure all units are fully stocked with amenities, linens, toiletries, and essentials before guest arrival.
- Laundry Management: Sort, wash, dry, and iron linens and towels according to company standards.
- Organization: Organize closets and storage spaces to maintain a neat and clutter-free appearance.
- Inventory Check: Regularly check and replenish cleaning supplies and pantry items as needed.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to management.
Kualifikasi
- Gender: Female preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or working with Airbnb units is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice small details and ensure everything is perfect.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to follow instructions clearly.
