In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field, playing a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence and supporting our product distribution network.
As a Field Assistant, you will work directly with farmers and distribution partners to provide technical support, product knowledge, and market-driven solutions. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working outdoors, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to driving agricultural growth in the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local farmers and agricultural distributors.
- Conduct field demonstrations and provide technical grounding on company products.
- Monitor and report on product performance and market trends in the assigned area.
- Identify and engage new potential clients to expand our regional distribution network.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding field challenges and opportunities.
- Organize and facilitate workshops or information sessions for farmers to improve product adoption.
- Ensure all sales and distribution activities align with company policies and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related fields.
- Proven experience in field work, sales, or agricultural extension services is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to farmers and rural communities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Batu and surrounding East Java regions.
- Deep understanding of local agricultural practices and the local market landscape.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
