Join PT Mitra Solusi Lelang as a dedicated Field Collection Specialist and play a pivotal role in our asset recovery operations. Based in the strategic hub of Batu Licin, Kalimantan Selatan, you will be responsible for executing essential collection and receiving procedures for a variety of vehicle units, including motorcycles and cars. This position requires a proactive professional who is comfortable working outdoors and possesses strong negotiation skills to ensure efficient asset recovery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute field collection and receiving operations for vehicle units (motorcycles and cars).
- Conduct on-site visits to negotiate the return of assets and settle outstanding accounts.
- Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to legal regulations and company protocols.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections to verify condition and document any damages upon collection.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all collection activities and debtor interactions.
- Report daily progress, challenges, and outcomes to the team supervisor.
- Handle difficult situations with professionalism, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations, collections, or related financial sectors.
- Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor field work in various weather conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote locations.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications is preferred.
