- Conduct proactive market canvassing and customer surveys to identify financing opportunities
- Acquire new individual customers through needs-based product presentations
- Perform thorough customer eligibility assessments and documentation processing
- Maintain active customer relationships post-acquisition for portfolio retention
- Ensure compliance with sharia banking principles and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with credit teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursement processes
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address service concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or banking services
- Strong understanding of sharia financial products and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customer segments
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and banking software systems
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel within Musi Banyuasin territory
