Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans
- Investigate account discrepancies and resolve payment issues through direct client engagement
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to update account statuses and resolve complex cases
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company collection policies
- Prepare daily/weekly collection reports and performance metrics
- Identify potential risks and recommend preventive actions for account delinquency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; Finance/Business graduates preferred
- 1+ years of experience in field collection, recovery, or customer service roles
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to handle difficult conversations
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta metropolitan area
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
- High integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic digital tools
- Physical fitness required for frequent field visits
