Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to clients for payment collection and documentation
- Verify client identities and transaction details during field operations
- Resolve payment discrepancies through direct client communication
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all transactions
- Report payment patterns and potential risks to management
- Coordinate with back-office teams for account reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education
- Experience in collections, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Balikpapan
- Basic proficiency in mobile applications and digital documentation
