PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) is a leading multi-finance company in Indonesia, dedicated to providing accessible financial solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Collector to join our team in the Rawamangun area. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our portfolio health by managing account receivables and engaging with customers professionally.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to customers to manage and follow up on overdue accounts according to company policies.
- Perform professional negotiation and persuasion to secure payment commitments from customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports to the team leader regarding collection progress and field challenges.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient problem-solving regarding customer payment issues.
- Uphold the company's code of conduct and maintain professional communication standards at all times.
- Identify potential risks and provide proactive feedback to improve collection efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle in good condition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the local area (Rawamangun, Pulo Gadung, and surrounding Jakarta).
- Able to work under pressure and meet monthly collection targets consistently.
- Ability to operate mobile applications for reporting and administrative purposes.
