Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to customers who have overdue accounts in the Warakas area.
- Execute collection strategies to meet monthly collection targets.
- Educate customers on the importance of payment consistency and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions in our system.
- Coordinate closely with the internal collections team to escalate problematic accounts.
- Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide regular reports to the team supervisor regarding field progress and challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle in good working condition.
- Deep familiarity with the local area of Warakas and surrounding regions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a resilient attitude.
- Able to work independently in the field and achieve individual targets.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly motivated.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in collections or debt recovery is a significant plus.
