Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to customers to collect monthly motorbike loan payments on time.
- Verify customer identity and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries regarding loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers facing financial difficulties while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, visits, and cash receipts in the system.
- Report daily performance and collection statistics to the team leader or supervisor.
- Represent the company professionally in the community and promote our products and services to potential clients.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is mandatory for this field position.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, debt collection, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Physically fit and willing to travel within the Jakarta Utara and Bandengan areas.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection positively.
