Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to motor loan customers for payment collection and account verification
- Implement effective collection strategies while maintaining professional customer relationships
- Document collection activities, payment statuses, and customer interactions in company systems
- Collaborate with credit and legal teams to resolve delinquent accounts and payment disputes
- Report market intelligence and customer feedback to improve collection processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during field operations
- Manage collection targets and maintain performance metrics as per departmental KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree preferred in finance/business)
- 1-2 years of field collection or sales experience in financial services
- Strong communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with Jakarta geography, especially Cempaka Mas and North Jakarta areas
- Valid SIM with reliable transportation (motorcycle preferred for field mobility)
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry
- Integrity, resilience, and ability to work independently in challenging environments
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
