Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK)
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections or sales
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- Physical stamina for daily field visits
