- Identify and engage potential educational institutions across Jakarta Raya to promote Ruangguru's digital learning solutions
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to showcase platform capabilities
- Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with institutional educational needs and budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and educational stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide market insights to the sales leadership team
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 28 years at the time of application
- Prior experience as Sales Consultant or similar field sales role (highly valued)
- Strong commitment and dedication for field-based work in Jakarta Raya
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Jakarta region
- Strong understanding of Indonesian education landscape preferred
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated achievement of sales targets
