Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular home visits to customers for loan collection and payment settlement.
- Provide financial education and counseling to customers regarding loan terms and credit management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and transactions using company mobile applications.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly collection targets set by the branch manager.
- Report any irregularities, fraud risks, or unusual customer behaviors immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance requirements are followed during field visits.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Palembang area.
- Honest, disciplined, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
