Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers in the field.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products effectively.
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues professionally.
- Reporting sales activities, market trends, and competitor information to the management team.
- Managing territory coverage and ensuring product availability at assigned outlets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Fresh graduates or those with experience in sales, marketing, or retail are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and able to work independently in the field.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
- Willing to travel within the Malang area and work flexible hours.
