Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling at retail locations
- Deliver product education and promotional campaigns to store staff
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
- Expand distribution network by securing new retail partnerships
- Install and maintain Point of Sale Materials (POSM)
- Prepare weekly market activity reports and competitor analysis
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective account management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent
- 1+ years of field sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-driven with proven sales achievement
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
