Join Staffinc Group as a Field Sales Representative for our FMCG division and become the driving force behind our product distribution network in Karimun, Kepulauan Riau. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution points to promote FMCG products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and customer engagement
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Manage inventory visibility and ensure optimal product availability at all points of sale
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) with preference for candidates holding D3/S1 degrees
- 1+ years of experience in field sales or FMCG distribution
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) and reliable personal transportation
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in previous roles
- Deep understanding of Karimun's local market and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting tools and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
