Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and validate medical diagnostic equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Provide on-site operator training and equipment demonstrations
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Roche quality standards
- Manage service parts inventory and optimize maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in field service or technical support
- Strong diagnostic skills for electromechanical systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in medical equipment technology preferred
- Experience with diagnostic imaging or laboratory equipment
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
