- Conduct on-site water sampling and comprehensive analysis for system performance monitoring
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on water treatment equipment
- Provide immediate technical support and troubleshooting for system malfunctions
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for client records
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits
- Train clients on proper system operation and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service activities and share technical insights
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in field service, maintenance, or water treatment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic proficiency in water testing equipment and chemical handling
- Physical capability to lift up to 25kg and work in industrial environments
