About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our growing operations based in Kallang, Central Region.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission new automated inspection and test equipment at customer sites.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software systems.
- Conduct on-site training for customer operators and maintenance personnel.
- Prepare detailed service reports documenting findings, repairs, and recommendations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper logistics for field service operations.
- Collaborate with the global engineering team to provide feedback and drive product improvements.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
- Willing to travel within Singapore and overseas occasionally.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
