Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex technical issues in the field.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed site visits.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding equipment operation.
- Proactively identify potential equipment failures and recommend necessary upgrades or repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
