Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on industrial gas equipment (generators, purifiers, vaporizers, compressors) at customer sites.
- Manage end-to-end site installations, commissioning, and decommissioning of customer gas supply stations.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation control systems (PLCs, SCADA, VSDs).
- Conduct comprehensive safety audits and ensure strict compliance with Air Products' global Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards.
- Prepare detailed technical service reports, root cause analyses, and maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts and tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to identify process improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Provide on-site technical training and ongoing support to customer operators to enhance system reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent technical experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on field service engineering experience, preferably within industrial gases, chemical processing, or heavy machinery sectors.
- Strong proficiency in PLC logic, SCADA systems, variable speed drives, and electrical schematic reading.
- Valid driving license (D) and willingness to travel extensively within Northern Malaysia, with occasional overnight stays.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possession of a Valid Chargeman certification (A1/A0) or equivalent is a distinct advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high degree of customer service orientation.
