As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by conducting routine technical support including water sample testing, chemical top-ups, and system maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine water sample testing and analysis to ensure water quality meets required standards
- Conduct regular chemical top-ups and adjustments at customer sites to maintain optimal treatment levels
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water treatment systems including filters, softeners, and chemical feeders
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on water treatment system operations
- Document service activities, test results, and customer interactions in company systems
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all service activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in water treatment or related technical service role
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, chemicals, and system components
- Hands-on experience with water testing procedures and equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for travel to customer sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or evenings for emergency calls
