As a Field System Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our cutting-edge environmental systems installed at client sites. You will be responsible for executing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and performing corrective repairs, and assisting engineering teams with site surveys. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support. Availability to work flexible hours, including beyond standard office times, is essential to ensure minimal downtime for our valued clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on environmental monitoring systems and instrumentation at client locations in Sepang and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to determine installation requirements and system specifications.
- Diagnose technical faults and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Provide prompt and professional on-site and remote customer support, addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting problems.
- Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation following each site visit.
- Coordinate with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and tools.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures during all field operations.
- Be available for on-call duties and work beyond standard office hours when necessary to meet critical service level agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in field service, system maintenance, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
