Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment on-site
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of industrial systems
- Document service reports and maintain accurate technical records
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical guidance to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all operations
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of field service or technical support experience
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Valid Singapore driving license (for site travel)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Certifications in relevant technical fields (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA) are advantageous
