In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing essential field service support and ensuring our systems operate at peak performance.
As a Field Technician, you will enjoy a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for traveling to client sites to perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs, while also contributing to our in-house technical operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for clients in the Mandaluyong and Metro Manila area.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough in-house repairs and quality assurance testing as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and activity reports for every field visit.
- Provide clear communication and technical guidance to clients regarding equipment usage and maintenance.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools effectively to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and company policies during all field and workshop operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Vocational Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent certification in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology.
- Proven experience as a Field Technician or in a similar hands-on technical maintenance role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technical systems independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with diverse clients.
- Willingness to travel within Mandaluyong City and surrounding Metro Manila areas.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Must be reliable, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
