Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Document service activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Train clients on equipment operation and basic maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years field service experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical capability to handle equipment and climb structures
