Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical training for farmers and agribusiness partners.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the Cagayan Valley region to expand market share.
- Provide expert technical advice on crop management, fertilizer application, and seed utilization.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the management team.
- Organize and facilitate agricultural workshops, seminars, and field day events.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and documentation of field observations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a diverse audience.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Isabela and neighboring areas in Cagayan Valley.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based setting.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market expansion.
- Proficiency in local dialects common in the Cagayan Valley region is a significant advantage.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle or driver's license for travel requirements.
