Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical training for farmers and cooperatives.
- Identify potential leads and build strong relationships with agricultural stakeholders in the Cagayan region.
- Provide expert advice on crop management, fertilizer application, and harvesting technologies.
- Monitor and report on field trials to gather data on product performance and effectiveness.
- Execute sales and marketing activities to increase product awareness and market share.
- Resolve client concerns and provide troubleshooting assistance for technical product issues.
- Maintain regular communication with regional management regarding market trends and feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field operations or agricultural sales/marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with local farmers.
- Ability to thrive in a field-based environment and travel frequently within Cagayan.
- Basic understanding of modern farming techniques and crop requirements.
- Proficiency in local dialects within the Cagayan Valley region is a significant advantage.
