Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations and oversee the month-end close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting or finance management, preferably in the manufacturing or textile industry.
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
