Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Collaborate with the Jakarta-based finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and corporate governance policies.
- Assist in the budget preparation and variance analysis for the Purwakarta operations.
- Manage fixed assets and inventory valuation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within a multinational manufacturing or industrial company.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is highly desirable).
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
