Lippo Malls Indonesia, the nation's leading retail mall developer and operator, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to join our Head Office team in Jakarta Barat. In this strategic role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our mall portfolios, managing financial reporting, and driving corporate compliance.
As an Assistant Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to streamline accounting operations, safeguard company assets, and provide key financial insights to support senior leadership in making data-driven decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and review the preparation of mall-level consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with PSAK standards.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow, including optimizing cash collections and supervising outstanding accounts receivable.
- Ensure full compliance with national tax regulations, supervise tax reporting, and assist with corporate tax audits.
- Review accounts payable, payment processing, and verify vendor disbursements to maintain strong vendor relations.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and variance reporting to identify cost-saving and revenue-generation opportunities.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and risk management protocols across all financial operations.
- Lead, mentor, and foster professional development within the Finance and Accounting team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- At least 4–6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior/supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws; possession of a Brevet A & B certification is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing advanced ERP systems (especially SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing accounting teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
