Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
- Oversee tax planning and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2)).
- Manage company cash flow, budgeting processes, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to minimize financial risk.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as the primary point of contact.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management regarding cost-saving and revenue-generation opportunities.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional certification (CPA/CA/CMA) is highly preferred.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and PSAK/IFRS accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
