Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and consolidation processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh and PPN filings.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial summaries and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification as a CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
