Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with local accounting standards.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Oversee tax administration, including the preparation and filing of VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh) returns.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, performing variance analysis to identify areas for cost optimization.
- Coordinate cash flow management and perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure liquidity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline procurement and payment processes.
- Support external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations; Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Odoo) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Residing in or willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
