What you will do:
- Take full ownership of the accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL).
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Ensure timely filing of all tax obligations (PPh, VAT, Corporate Tax).
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budget preparation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and prepare accurate financial reports using designated accounting systems.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.
- Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), VAT).
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
- Monitor daily cash flow and manage financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit activities.
- Review and improve financial procedures to increase efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
