  • Take full ownership of the accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL).
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and management accounts.
  • Ensure timely filing of all tax obligations (PPh, VAT, Corporate Tax).
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budget preparation.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and prepare accurate financial reports using designated accounting systems.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.
  • Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), VAT).
  • Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor daily cash flow and manage financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit activities.
  • Review and improve financial procedures to increase efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
