As a key member of our finance department, you will be instrumental in driving the financial health of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and market demands. You will also be tasked with implementing robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure strict compliance with local and international regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process for the PNG portfolio, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risk and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing variance analysis and insights to management.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis to support high-level decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support the execution of business initiatives.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in finance management, with a preference for candidates from the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
