Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including recording journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable schedules.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and cost control.
Kualifikasi
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work effectively in a team environment.
