Multi Color Jakarta Indonesia is a leading global provider of premium label solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Cikarang. As a Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring that all financial records are maintained in accordance with PSAK and corporate standards. You will play a crucial role in tax planning, internal auditing, and financial reporting, providing the management team with the insights necessary to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting and a proven track record of managing complex tax audits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes in compliance with PSAK and IFRS.
- Manage comprehensive tax reporting, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and PPN, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Lead the coordination with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax examinations.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis of budget vs. actual costs, specifically within the manufacturing production line.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow, treasury functions, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Strong background in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws; Tax Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience supervising a small to medium-sized team.
