PT Java Taiko Drum Industries is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager to lead our financial operations in Cikupa, Banten. This is a critical leadership role designed for a professional who excels in maintaining fiscal discipline while driving financial excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the company's financial health, ensuring that all systems and reporting mechanisms are robust, transparent, and fully compliant with the latest Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
As the FAT Manager, you will serve as a key advisor to the executive team, providing the insights necessary for informed decision-making. You will manage the entire financial lifecycle—from meticulous bookkeeping and monthly closings to complex tax planning and strategic budgeting. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the finance, accounting, and tax departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all financial statements and reports are prepared in strict accordance with PSAK and company policies.
- Manage corporate tax compliance, including the calculation, reporting, and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and PPN (VAT).
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and provide monthly variance analysis to management.
- Facilitate internal and external audit processes, ensuring all documentation is prepared and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Optimize cash flow management and oversee accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Mentor and develop the FAT team, ensuring high levels of technical competency and professional conduct.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and a valid Brevet A & B certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and financial reporting.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
