We are seeking a highly competent Finance Accounting Tax Manager to lead our financial operations in Jakarta Selatan. You will lead a team of professionals to deliver timely monthly closings, manage inventory through precise stock opname, and provide actionable financial insights to the senior management team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage the full cycle of monthly and annual financial closing processes in a timely manner.
- Supervise and execute regular stock opname activities and inventory reconciliations to ensure asset integrity.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian tax laws, including the preparation and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and PPN.
- Develop and maintain internal control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial activities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, budget reports, and cash flow forecasts for management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the finance and accounting team to enhance performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university; CA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Accounting and Tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards) and local tax regulations.
- Must hold Brevet A & B certifications; Brevet C is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing stock opname and inventory controls in a commercial environment.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
